Shipping
Most orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. However, some items like t-shirts and coffee mugs may take an additional 1 - 2 days to process since they are made to order. A shipping confirmation email, with tracking information, will be sent as soon as the shipment has been processed. There will be times when we will need to ship items separately. There will be no additional cost and you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from date your order was delivered to initiate a return. If there was a mistake on our end, we will cover the return postage, otherwise it will be the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return, email us at info@futurefoxcreations.com. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make things right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
