When I first ordered this item, it arrived broken which was very disappointing as it was supposed to be a holiday gift for my good friend. That being said, FutureFoxCreations sent me a replacement free of charge and it arrived in perfect condition, very quickly. The customer service was top-notch, and I blame the mess up on shipping and handling issues, not on the seller.
